Do you accept insurance?
Yes! Harmony Healing currently accepts Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Quest Behavioral Health, and Carelon Behavioral Health.
For out-of-network reimbursement, Harmony Healing can provide you with a superbill.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes! Accessibility is incredibly important in therapy, and Harmony Healing is proud to offer both telehealth and in-person appointments.
Please note that therapy can only be provided to clients physically located in the state of Arizona at the time of the appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients’ appointment times are reserved specifically for them. It is required to contact Harmony Healing with at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid paying the cancellation fee. Clients that cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no-show their appointment will pay the cancellation fee of $75.
Can you fill out FMLA or ESA paperwork?
While Harmony Healing understands the importance of it, it is outside of our scope of practice to fill out FMLA, ESA, or related paperwork.
